I dag bliver bloggen ‘byens øjne’ til virksomheden ‘byens øjne – kontoret for bykvalitet’. Bloggen fortsætter naturligvis, men i tilgift til den beskæftigelse kommer jeg nu til også at virke som selvstændig konsulent. De første kunder er i hus og spændende opgaver ligger foran mig.
byens øjne – kontoret for bykvalitet er er en uafhængig rådgivningsvirksomhed der med særligt fokus på bykvalitet:
- yder rådgivning om arkitektur, byudvikling og bæredygtighed til offentlige og private bygherrer og beslutningstagere,
- laver analyser og evalueringer af arkitektur og byrum med særlig fokus på bykvalitet,
- løser kommunikationsopgaver og laver capacity building og formidler gode historier, projekter og viden om udvikling af byer, byrum og bykvalitet i forelæsninger, artikler og bogform,
- faciliterer processer og udviklingsforløb i forbindelse med arkitektkonkurrencer, borgerinddragelse og brugergrupper,
- modererer workshops, konferencer og faglige seminarer om arkitektur, byudvikling, bæredygtighed og bykvalitet.
Udover de opgaver, jeg løser på egen hånd, er jeg også interesseret i at indgå i andre og større sammenhænge med andre samarbejdspartnere. Det kan være som underleverandør på rådgivnings- eller analyseopgaver, med bidrag til kommunikationsløsninger eller som facilitator og moderator. Også bidrag til arkitektkonkurrencer eller præ-kvalifikationer med særligt fokus på bykvalitet og byrum vil kunne være måder at samarbejde på.

Today the weblog ‘byens øjne’ becomes the consultancy business ‘byens øjne – office for urban quality’. The blog of course continues to exist, but in addition I will be working as a private consultant. The first jobs have landed and exciting projects lie ahead.
byens øjne – office for urban quality is a consultancy specialising in urban quality and the following services:
- consulting public and private clients on architecture, city development and sustainability,
- analyzing and evaluating architecture and city spaces focusing on urban quality,
- capacity building and communicating stories, projects and knowledge on city development, city spaces, sustainability and urban qualitythrough lectures, articles and in books,
- facilitating development processess in relation to architecture competitions, citizen involvement and user groups,
- moderating workshops, conferences and seminars on architecture, city development, sustainability and urban quality.
Apart from the projects I solve on my own I am very much looking to get involved in collaborations with other architects and consultants on larger projects where the spcific service I can provide will make a difference. This could be as a sub-supplier on consultancy- og analysisprojects, contributing with communication services or as a facilitator or moderator at events and processess. It could also be as a part in teams involved in architecture competitions and pre-qualifications contributing with my special knowledge on city space and urban quality.
